CURRICULUM

Each subject policy is listed below and contains explanations of why we teach what we teach, how we teach the subject and the impact of the subject assessed in class.

You will also find Progression Maps for each subject giving more detail of what is covered where and when. As we work on a two-year plan (because of mixed year classes) for Foundation Subjects, Progression Maps and plans have a Year 1 & 2 in those foundation areas. Some policies contain their own Progression Maps, whilst others are separate documents listed below.

Our Curriculum is always under review and is monitored by Subject leads, who collect information from staff and children and adapt as necessary and appropriate.
